Was on my way into work this morning when an older woman poked her head out of her car and said “Excuse me?”
I turned around expecting her to ask for directions somewhere and instead she goes “I just wanted to tell you that I think you have a really great style. That’s all.”
I laughed, half embarrassed, half flattered and said “Thank you so much!”
“Have a nice day” she said and drove away.
I smiled as I walked into work feeling a little taller.
Thank you, ma’am. You made my day.
