Bastille French Whisky

Bastille Whisky is handcrafted in the Cognac region of South-West France using Gensac spring water from Grande Champagne, along with barley and wheat grown in the North of France where many scotch makers get their ingredients. Aged in wooden casks of Limouin oak, cherry and acacia, the final product is a much smoother, fruitier tasking Whiskey without the bitterness or harsh pallet whiskey generally known for. The floral nose and overall flavor may turn off some purists, however I find this to be a most Dandy beverage indeed for sipping on a Summer evening whilst dreaming of Paris. A votre sante!
