We’ve admired the Couteau “Terroir” Knife in the past, but after finally getting our hands on one, we’re kicking ourselves for not getting one sooner. 1. Opening a box

2. Cutting rope, tags and string

3. Cutting an apple. You feel like a bad ass doing it.

4. Opening a letter.

5. Weapon. Although we condone violence of any kind here at Buffalo Dandy. It’s uncivilized.

6. Camping. (Carving your own stick to roast marshmallows? Hell yes!)

7. You may have to MacGyver your way out of situation. Be prepared.

8. You need something to clench in your teeth when swinging from a rope.
